How can I retrieve the password! I forgot it and now I I can't login and there is no way to reset it.

Good idea in theory but poor in reality
App doesn't work and poor battery life. Also, couldn't get in touch with customer services for over 2 months. I initially wanted to switch roaming on whilst on holiday but nobody called back despite several voice messages and emails. They said they would compensate us but never did.
