Good enough
Look, this app isn’t going to give you all the bells and whistles you can get from your web-based portal. But it’ll give you the basics. Good enough for me.
stopped working
After a few months, it just stopped working — the app, not my solar array. What a crummy app.

Nothing new to add that the other reviews haven’t already said. Same useless experience.
Limited App Functionaliy
The app is pretty limited in terms of the data it provides. It only really shows watts & kW produced on an hourly, daily, monthly or yearly basis. As mentioned the power generated today does not show up in the “Generated to date” field until tomorrow. Also, the “real time” power data can be slow to appear or requires the app be closed and then reopened to see it.
The bigger disappointment is that the Array page only shows the layout of the panels with each panel containing the serial number of the microinverter it is attached to. There is no ability to see any power related data for the microinverters like I can see in the web interface.
An app update that functions better and provides access to more detailed data would be a welcome upgrade!

Lacks information
The app doesn't show my individual panels status. I have to go to the control panel to check if everything is working. I requested daily repots, but that hasn't happened. It a small graph, a bar graph would be easier to read than a line graph.

Does not synchronize
I have been using this app for about 3 years it constantly disconnects from the cloud server and when you re connect does not synchronize all the information produced during the day leading to missing information and data.
Terrible
Have had problems from day 1. No resolutions from customer support.

Just had Solar add to my place, this app by Chilicon needs a big upgrade!!!
Okay when it worked
I’ve had the app for almost a year now and is frustrating. It will not show the solar produced for days but then comes back. When it is snowing solar, it is not accurate compared to what the inside solar grid is showing and states you produced much more than what goes to the electric company.
The app still shows my grid but hasn’t been showing my solar produced for days. I tried reinstalling and now it can’t find my email.

Really poor app
This app barely works. We had a couple of panels replaced yesterday and the app actually caught up. But today nothing and the same problems mentioned in other reviews. This app is pretty bad compared to Solar Edge, which works ALL the time.

This app has its flaws at time just like any other, and every time I’ve called Chilicon Support I have been helped by Michael, Christopher, And the rest of the SMALL team! These guys work their butts off and I applaud them all!
New customer
This app is terrible! Doesn’t update or refresh despite closing and relaunching the app. I can’t rely on this app to keep track of daily production. If app doesn’t work to alert me, I wonder how can my solar installation guys remotely monitor my production or get alerts on faulty panels or microinverters! If I had a choice, I’d give negative stars.

Doesn’t update
has a somewhat clumsy interface but is ok except it does not update even when you do a refresh. You have to force quite and even then it does not always reflect current conditions with your system

No real time info. Shows up the next day for the previous day.

Not worth the download the app worked for a few days after I downloaded it I’m six months in and it hasn’t worked since the second day
Doesn’t work
Ok, worked for a week, now refuses to update with new data. Just says I’m producing 0 power every day. Pretty disappointing as this was clearly part of the sales pitch
