Polished UX, great support
Very happy with the quick tech support response while I was setting up my Apple TV with a lifetime subscription. The UX is top notch and the best I’ve used compared to Smarters, UHF, Tivimate and others
Too Slow…
The App has an appealing interface however must have codes sucking too much power from my latest generation AppleTV: it takes FOREVER to load a program (live TV or others). Changing the player did not help.

lack of features
For a paid subscription app with integrated “ai” it lags, take too long to load, and worst it doesn’t provide of upcoming releases (movies or shows) to eliminate the need of Google search, usage of IMDB, Trakt, and 100s other apps.
How hard is to have a section of “upcoming” shows and movies with some basic filters for region and release dates.

Fantastic
After trying multiple other IPTV players, Chillicothe has hands down been the best player to use. On some others, certain movies or shows would not play, everything I try to watch works flawlessly on Chillio.
