Garbage
After an app update it no longer remembers my account. Then with the new version it won’t let me pair the device to a new account. So basically it is a paperweight and an expensive device is now just trash.
Scam
QR code on the booklet send you to another site to register if you go to the site to purchase it will send you a code number to enter that works, but when you go to register to be able to gain access to use, it does not work and will not allow you to go any further making the program useless but more as information gathering for email. I have sent request to tech-support no answer and it’s really frustrating that Apple App Store would continue promoting this app. is the App Store listening to its customers and why would the App Store allow their customers to get ripped off or scammed is beyond me! One more thing is the App Store listening or is it set on auto pilot sell sell sell rip off the customer and not do a thing?

Don’t waste your time
Tried reaching out to support multiple times but they just ignored me. Things started out ok, but multiple issues started surfacing with usage. Good luck!
