The game is amazing. Population not so much
The game itself is great. The graphics are beautiful. There are lots of things to keep you busy. They do a great job with updating the game and adding events. The problem comes in with the lack of population. I’m great playing alone as a solo player. Obviously it’s more fun with others but I have no problem doing my own thing except there is so much I can’t do because I can’t find others to group with. I really wish developers would take that into consideration when making these games. Don’t make it where in order to get the best things you must have a group. I’m sure I’m not the only one that would happily play solo if I could and I can’t help but wonder how many players you lose for that reason alone.

Ps I tried to write this review over 5 times and I kept clicking off so ima make this review short but sweet also I would hope the game devs read this so I’m gonna talk as if they are reading this 1. I don’t like how you can only have 28 pets I prefer to have a limit of maybe 50…because I am a animal hoarder and I like to have multiple variations of one animal but all at the same time 2. I prefer survival games in single player because every time I travel to look for a place to build my house there are always people there I do not like neighbors that’s why I like how ark offers you single or multi I would just prefer this option 3 I think it would be cool to add npcs that you could build a relationship with and maybe a love interest just to keep busy and add more life to the game 4 if you guys could add barns and stuff and stable or even make shift den for all the wolf types that would be could now guess you can see I’m kinda going for a animal survival game build a “ranch” but these are simply preference that I like or am looking for in a game and I’m just giving ideas for the maybe future 🤔 but if you don’t know whether to download or now i think you should it’s definitely worth the experience 👍 Ps I know I said it would be short but I got carried away

I love the game, but it…
I do love this game a lot, but I have already got kicked out multiple times for no reason.. when I get my character almost to level 30 I start slowing down really slow when I walk or do anything these bugs have to start getting fixed I would give you five stars for this game and creativity the graphics in the game player. Amazing. But if these bugs do not get fixed, it will make it impossible for anyone to play these games. Please fix this. I have made five characters and my characters have gotten very slow like a snail and I am tired of restarting my new game due to this, so please fix this game. Thank you.

Chimeraland is the game I wish I had years ago
This game is a gem seriously. Yes it has a few bugs but they aren’t too bad. I crash every now and then but that’s probably because my phone has so little space for this massive game lol The sheer size of the game itself is impressive. I love how they said hold my beer and then proceeded to break past the open world standard for games.
I’m level 61, the leveling isn’t challenging at all you just have to keep at it like any game. If you don’t play you won’t level.
Most creatures are difficult to kill without help, even for me as I don’t have the best gear yet. But I don’t really focus on that part too much. The building is what takes most of my time. So many homes to build so little time lol I can spend entire nights creating a house. I’m hardly ever staying with one long though so I keep moving, keep trying new designs and it’s fun for me. I do wish the game had more available building materials and wallpapers. Endless possibilities!!

I love it
I love it but some minor things don’t make sense to me.
1. Certain bugs take forever to fix (I’m looking at your mermaids)
2. Houses that haven’t been used aren’t cleared so now, bc everyone plays in the same space, it’s full of unused houses
3. My main issue.
Why do we need to fight Noble beasts for material for a Grand pill????
That doesn’t make sense to me. Obviously I can’t a noble beast, I’m trying to make a grand one. Wouldn’t it make more sense to hunt Grand beasts to make a grand beast? And why the hardest ones????
I have to fight a Bone Dragon to make a Pinnapup? That doesn’t even sound right… those two are not the same AT ALL 😭

I can tell a lot of hard work was put out into this game. Unfortunately I only have a mac so I can only play on mobile. But I love the experience so far. I just wish the evolved pets didn’t feel so unobtainable. Not a lot of people play actively so finding teams to hunt the Nobles (I won’t even try an Illustrious) can take days. Not much left to do
I’ve been playing the game for about a 7 months now non stop with my friend. We love the game and every aspect of it, but there isn’t much left to do. With us being able to go into space, we would love to see new detailed planets, new creatures, the leveling system is kinda hard and the experience isn’t just the same. I love how open the world is but I’ve been to every spot within an hour of gameplay including outer space. The animals/beasts in the game are to hard to capture and kill. The graphics are fantastic and I love the fluent mechanics of movement. The game needs a update on its housing as well, and there has been bugs and glitches with the user interface and the backpack glitching out saying I had something new there but it wasn’t, that goes along with the user interface. Overall the game is great but it lacks new content, and there are still a lot of bugs to be fixed. So I deleted the game until every bug is removed and the game is fluent enough to bring me back.

Can’t make a person
Good game could be great, I can’t even make a character right though. Not sure why and it keeps deleting my characters and making me completely restart. Different characters/creatures and different abilities to the different races of characters would be cool. Like the squid people could breath underwater for like an hour, the bird people could fly for like 5-15 minutes or something and the same with the dragons. But right now my biggest concern is not being able to create a character due to it not letting me choose a name. Also adding more to do and more to the map would help.

Good yet frustrating
Open world, house build, lots to do - good. Would be 5 stars except: Market controls are crazy! Half my stuff Is bound to character… like common wood and stone even! Graphics glitchy. Collisions glitchy. Sounds obnoxious, high pitched, sustained (new pipa is horrid). Targeting is terrible - Whether gamepod tiny Black arrowbeasts on black background or elsehwre, pipa shoots dead bodies or BEHIND you! Constant fortuphant spawns when gathering. And automatic flashlight ALWAYS COMES ON,even after u turn it off. These frustrating things diminish the games fun. Support unreachable.

Update ended it all
Newest update caused my character to disappear. Customer support is terrible. They said they fixed it and asked me to confirm. They were wrong. I messaged them back to tell them it wasn’t fixed, and I haven’t heard back since (this was a week ago). I spent a good amount of money and time and it was wasted.
If you don’t mind progressing just to lose your character and have no choice but to start from scratch - without all the items you paid real money for - then have at it.
I loved the game. Amazing graphics, plenty to do, but unstable, and customer support won’t fix anything for you.

Good but….
1. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE this game, it’s so unique and interesting, I got to level 50. On my first character, then, the northmount update, and BAM, same character, but all progress lost, back to level one.
2. Also, I had to make 3 different characters because the quests, ( more accurately the main city quest ) kept glitching out, I wouldn’t be able to progress after the quests no matter what I tried, :( please fix this the only way I could get farther was if I made a new character, but it happened again, so now I must start again…
3. This isn’t dumping on the game or anything I’m just pointing out these things that made the game less fun, I love this game so much! It’s amazing that is on mobile and pc, ( I have friends that I usually can’t play with because my laptop is crappy, anyways) so this is the best,

Had? Has potential/ still early access
A lot of people complain about a lot of things, even I do at the end of the day the devs are still building this early access game and this new expansion is huge progress. Personally I’m at the point of the game where I’m bored at end game content, that being said they are still creating this and I can’t wait to see what it becomes. This game is the perfect fix for a casual or even semi hardcore mmo player! Also I still hate phone games but this one is pretty cool. Experienced on iPhone 13 pro, minimal bugs on my end.

I love the creativity
Love love love the customization in this game. It’s creative, detailed, and fun to explore around. I wish I could do more with plants and decorating around my home with more plants straight in the ground, even just for looks like bushes and flowers bordering my entrance, etc.. It’s a fun game though, I’ve been playing for months and know it will keep getting better. Thanks!

Incredible Game With a Few Issues
I really want to give this game five stars because it is one of my two favorite games ever. But unfortunately there are a few issues (as is with most games tbh). The biggest issue I personally have is that it is really hard to progress through the game and get really good without spending money. And then there are cool events with amazing cosmetics and stuff that you can only obtain by spending a heck ton of money… Which most people do not have unfortunately. If there were more ways to put in the effort as a free to play player and still be able to progress through the game and obtain everything the game has to offer then I would absolutely gibe this game five stars. I am level 63 in game and have only spent a little here and there…

I also wish the people were more friendly and there were better ways to make connections in game… But this is also coming from a Sky COTL player who loves making friends and meeting amazing and kind people haha. I just feel like I have had way too many unpleasant encounters with pretty awful people tbh… I have definitely met really nice people in the game but yeah. Odd amount of angry and rude people.

It’s a pretty ok game but..
I really like this game, in fact one of my favorites. But the game is lacking when compared to others, they need to fix bugs and add more things to it cause it gets boring. But the reason I write this is because of the mounts when fight a Noble or grand beast. Sometimes they don’t even damage the beast and it gets annoying them BOOM your dead. Please fix this, that’s one of the reasons I had to leave the game for a bit cause I rage quit cause I thought it was stupid how I died just because my mount was not damaging it for I don’t know what reason. Just please fix the issues and maybe you might actually attract people to play you game.

Solo 1week 3 days.
It’s sandbox so be ready. That’s doesn’t mean hard that means used your imagination. Loving the cultivation. This game isn’t hard but if you just level one thing your missing out on so much that can help you in pvp combat. Map has size enough to give you the Emerson of where am I. But a traveling system of let’s get it done. Anyways I’m in what ever faction is left side of the map and I live down by the beach. 🫠 let’s hunt

Just what I was looking for in a mobile game… except
Devs… please implement a sage mine.. or a better way to get sage. Invested, active players already spend in game to get new evos.. and better armor… to get suits.. and emotes. We need access to sage for free so that its easier powering up. At least let us power up our pets for free. Hoping to see a northmount soon as well.

Was great until….
I really enjoyed the game but then when forced to register I lost my character and progress which really sucked as I put a lot into the character. That was the first bloop Chimeraland made. Then I started from square one and progressed really far and worked really hard. Then the servers were merged and my house was destroyed and someone else’s house was put in that spot. My house was built specifically for that spot and won’t work anywhere else and the house put there was really stupid for that spot in my opinion. That was the second bloop Chimeraland made. I stopped playing now because I’m not going to screw me over a third time. This shows me to never start playing a game day one and give it a year to see if it survives. I don’t think this one will, I never ran into another player except my sibling when we planned to play at the same time. So I’m done and even if this makes it a year I won’t be playing again. I’m very frustrated as I could see the potential but the developers ruined it for me quickly.

Was enjoying, but it’s stagnated and it cost money
I loved the game at first, didn’t mind spending a bit of money as the game is/was fun. Now I’m frustrated can’t evolve my pets to the high level as they still don’t have a item I need, and I only found out after all the work and money was spent on the pet. I love most of this game, just frustrated and stagnant now. Also the fact you can spend hours collecting resources and get very little of the resource you need. I hope they fix this soon as it’s very disappointing in a otherwise good game

Empty and sad
This game had great potential, but even after a server merge, it felt empty and a bit sad. The positives are the weather events, graphics, homebuilding, creatures, collecting, crafting. The negatives were frustrating ui, tiny fonts and a lot of bugs. I enjoyed the homebuilding the most, but there were many challenging aspects to it, like building in water when there are no move controls in build mode, or the way in which every tree and plant had different durations of their lifecycle. When you got a bunch of them, it is difficult to manage and for what reason? I feel that everything should last for a week or even longer. We should have been able to choose to extend the timeframe without having to continuously replant. In the end it was bugs and boredom that made me quit and the fact that the new updates weren’t adding much.p value, I moved my house a bunch of times after a while that’s no longer interesting. Thanks for everything.
