Update March 12: Note to IRISH GIRL: I have contacted Elephant and asked them why there is no series on sale in March. I made a suggestion and am still waiting for an answer. However they did release a new game, Royal Detective: Last Charm. In addition players, Artifex Mundi has a game available for pre-order on the App Store. It’s called Family Mysteries and it’s a new mystery/crime series. The developer is Brave Giant, and the release date is March 26th. It looks like it will be terrific! For those of you wondering about Domini, there are technical issues which need to be resolved, so the release of Enchanted Kingdom: Arcadian Backwoods has been delayed. However, Domini released their first free-to-play game. I have no intentions of playing a game that I already played. If any of you play, kindly fill us all in about what you thought! Thanks, everyone!
Note to Awesome Person: you had no issues with the game because I actually contacted the CEO and complained that an update still hadn’t been issued. The game had a non-reactive map and glitches in manipulating inventory items and mini-games. It’s amazing how fast they put an update out after THAT email. You’re welcome! The fact that you didn’t need the map isn’t the point; whether you use it or choose not to do so, it should still function properly! We pay too much for these games to endure technical issues.
Note to all gamers: you are not doing yourselves or the developer a favor by rating a technically flawed game with a 5 star rating. If you do so, you are basically allowing the developer to get away with poor quality assurance, and you are wasting your money!
Outside of the technical issues, this game happened to be terrific. For those who love collectibles, you may search for puzzle pieces, morphing items and amusing horror cards. The storyline was easy to follow and the gameplay was fast-paced and addictive, with a plethora of tasks present at each location. We were blessed with a wonderful variety of both HO scenes and puzzles. The developer actually listened to some of my advice and this game was lengthier than the last few, inclusive of the bonus adventure. My rating will remain at 4 stars, owing to the technical issues and overall response time. It should not take a nasty email from ME to ensure an update! Happy gaming everyone!
Update: I asked Elephant why there is no series on sale this month. Please refer back to this review for further information on this subject. I suggested that they put Grim Tales on sale. The novice players could get acquainted with the hilarious, sardonic Richard Gray!

Update. I was not the only one who played with no major glitches. I too did not use map, hardly ever do. So no reason to complain. Now with the last domini game I was not happy. For whatever reason I did not receive a needed item and I complained.

Skip not working
Chapter 1 move L-R will not allot you to skip the mini game. Using the strategy guide for clues does not help

I loved everything about this game. The nice bright graphics , the characters and storyline. Did end rather abruptly though but still loved it. 👌

Good game with excellent storyline and graphics
Wish it went a bit longer for the price but it did have a good bonus game with it.
Map problems
The game itself was interesting but the map froze and I had to get out and come back in but it did save my place otherwise the game was enjoyable

Great Game !
Really enjoyed this suspenseful adventure. Encountered no glitches ( I did not use the map). Character voiceovers were believable and there was plenty of things to do in each scene. Hidden object scenes had variety and some were unique, along with some very intriguing puzzles. Loved ❤️ the mystery of the storyline. Graphics were clear, morphing and puzzle pieces to collect. Hope to see a lot more games of this caliber from Elephant games. Thank You 😊 for the enjoyable entertainment!

Fellow gamers: As 1 reviewer mentioned that there is a map glitch, I am sure Elephant will get that part fixed. However, you do not need the map in order to play and enjoy it. Again, I never accessed the map.

Glitchy
Map froze several times. Had to restart the game to proceed. Also froze when trying to combine symbols to remove debris. Not worth the price when these glitches occur.
