Best one I’ve found this 2022
Ive used a lot of other inspection softwares, I’ve tried bear hands pro, service titan, and Jim did a real good job with his. It’s the best inspection reports for real estate and insurance claim jobs. The report it produces is hard to argue with and really delivers the message clearly

Best chimney inspection app ever!
Wow this app is very intuitive! Everything our industry need to prove we are meeting the “standard level of care” required by our industry! Customers love the professional reports and our repair sales as well as the dollar amount per job have drastically increased!
Good but can be better.
The app is still in its infancy so it’s expected to be light weight. The app has some strong points compared to other apps. And i hope to see this bloom into something we can all use. Will be periodically checking to see how it gets better.
