Fantastic app with excellent support
I had used this app to book trains in 2017 and 2019, but was told by other travellers that it no longer worked (current trip in 2026). However, I am delighted to say that it is still as easy and efficient as ever. I have booked multiple trains and received timely confirmation and seat information (tickets not needed to board now, only passport). Additionally, I have had prompt assistance when needing to amend a booking. Highly recommend.

Top Class Service
I’ve been travelling through China for a month and this app and the customer service they provide via WhatsApp has been first class. If you are visiting China, don’t be without this app.
Perfect service
I was incredibly impressed with the service I received while booking the tickets. But I also left my IPad on the train, not only did they find it, but I collected it within a day. The communication with person was fantastic prompt, keeping me informed. Thanks very much

No longer work on US iPhone
The app is great when it was working, but unfortunately it is no longer working on the new iPhone 17 Air, IOS 26.1. It would just hung and unusable. Tried uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck

I’m already book ticket but cannot used cause no ticket on china train system so bad day
Very easy for foreigners to use.
I have used this app for years and they have made it very seamless to use for non-Chinese speakers to use. Easy to make purchase and excellent communication if needed. Now with e-tickets I no longer need to wait in line to get a paper ticket.

Review updated - Train Ticket
My first set of tickets were issued as planned. Before the issuance of the tickets, I contacted the customer service for a few changes on wechat, and all were dealt with pure efficiency.
A small incident on the Date of Departure: When a trip is booked for 07/30 (China time) departure , the booking shows 07/30. But when the ticket is released (usually 15 days before departure), and if the traveller is still outside China, the ticket may show 07/29 departure. The customer service advised me to either wait till I arrive at China Time Zone, or temporarily set my mobile time zone to Beijing if I need to download the ticket with a correct date.
Thanks for a great back office support, and so looking forward to my first boarding in Shanghai!

Very useful, and great customer service!
This is my go-to app for booking trains in China, there is occasionally a little lag when booking (someone actually has to process it) but the upside is that when there is an issue or a change needs to be made, the staff is super responsive and helpful. There are apps that book trains directly with the provider, but for those who cannot speak/ read Chinese or might need a bit of extra guidance, this company is great.

I am having issues cancelling tickets
System will not allow me to cancel tickets that according to my email are not available
Seat booking can be unpredictable
The app is good however there are two issues.
The first is that international visa and Mastercard payments are via pay pal which slows the process and may contribute to the second problem.
We booked from ningbo to shanghai two 1st class seats , what we received were two seats at opposite ends of a 16 carriage train.
The journeys were ok but my wife has limited mobility and the separation of the seats was difficult for us. We tried to change the seat positions at ningbo station but that was not possible even though vacant seats were in both our carriages.

Convenient Reliable but Input interface bad
The app is strongly to recommend only two things to improve
1. the screen need more contrast some buttons are not legible
2. no option for fapio (like DiDi woukd be perfect)
