Quality top bs service ken🥲👎
Poor customer service and prices are a ripoff
I proceeded with the purchase based on your stated timelines and pricing expectations, specifically, 5 days for sourcing and 45 days for shipping. However, the actual delivery significantly deviated from this:
* Sourcing alone took approximately 6 weeks, far beyond the committed timeline
* Shipping costs were unexpectedly high — nearly 4x higher compared to standard forwarders
* Additional charges were applied that were not clearly communicated upfront
This level of delay and lack of pricing transparency is concerning, especially when decisions were made based on the initial offer.
And the customer service is a whole new level of unprofessionalism
Will never use this app again
