I fail the test with this app
I have trained a lot with this app. At the official test I was not able to pass due to so many questions I had not seen before. English translation is significant different to the real test an questions are missing.
Now I have downloaded another app of a competitor and the translation is exactly what I have seen in the test. Clear evidence.
Please take this app out of the AppStore. It is waiste of time.

Progress not saved and app tends to crash.
Well worthwhile
Instrumental in passing my theory test in Changsha. Most of the test questions were the same or similar on this app. Feel confident now to understand China’s road markings and signals.
Not useful
Incomplete question catalogue, poor translation in English. You will not pass the exam by studying with this app.
Needs updating
Both the app and the content need a refresh.
The functionality is good but the design and the fonts are outdated and could use a redesign.
More importantly though, many of the questions on the real test have changed and new ones have been added since the app was updated. The app really needs to update the content to be useful.

Worth it
We’ll set up and easy to use. All but one question on my quiz was covered by the app. I passed the test on the first try.
Bigger then my screen
App opens bigger then the iphone (11 Pro) screen , photos and characters are not smooth, frustrating to use for practicing, needs to be updated for smooth practice .
Only one I needed to pass
Used this app only and passed the first time. The questions are still relevant to the current test.
Frustrated
Had some initial problems getting app to work, but developer assisted in a timely manner. Studied about a total of 6 hours using this app and passed with a 91...first attempt!!! This material is very much like the real test. Similar wording and pictures. Definitely recommend!!
Great App, excellent service!
I bought this app through the Drive in China website (chinesedriverslicensetest.com) and it works great! Because I didn’t buy the apps through the App Store I had trouble unlocking the full version, so I emailed Michael and he got back to me immediately, solving my problem instantly. After unlocking the full version, it works great! I studied for about a week, then took the real test. Some of the real test questions are not exactly the same as the App questions, so I was a bit nervous during the test and took the whole 45 minutes to finish, but ended up with 98/100 on the first try! The app helps you learn the basic questions that are the same on the real test, and also gets you familiar with the strange wording and thinking that the new questions have. Without this app, passing with a 90% or higher would be super hard, almost impossible! Thanks!

Idee ist gut, Umsetzung läßt zu wünschen übrig
Ich bin seit einiger Zeit in China und lerne auch schon relativ lange mit der App. Leider war die App vor dem letzten Update, was die Übersetzung angeht, teilweise unterirdisch. Aber durch das lernen wurden laut App die Prüfung aber fast immer mit 97-100% bestanden. Nach dem letzten Update wurden Antworten geändert, Fragen umgeschrieben etc. Da meine Prüfung demnächst ist muss ich mir aktuell Gedanken machen ob ich bestehen werde. Leider kann ich definitiv nicht mehr als 2 Sterne geben und eigentlich sind die zu viel.

Wie man es macht... Ich werde Fragen weiterhin korrigieren und anpassen wenn ich KONSTRUKTIVES Feedback bekomme...das genau ist die Stärke der App, Userfeedback aus ganz China wird kontinuierlich eingearbeitet... trotzdem viel Glück bei der Prüfung

This is simply not true. A simple email to me would have solved the problem, once you buy the App you can use it as long as you like.
Prüfung auf Anhieb bestanden
Obwohl einige Fragen nicht 100% mit denen der Prüfung übereinstimmen, war es kein Problem diese beim ersten Versuch zu bestehen.
