It was much more difficult to place orders on the previous versions. I applaud the developer with the new app. Super smooth and always works great for me. I love the 2x points on Wednesday and the quick pick up when I order ahead.

Cookies are great, but app is clunky and not easy for someone who has never been there or knows what there cookie options are.

Changes the birth year
Whenever I try to add my birthday the birth year always changes it to something random then my correct birth year. Another thing is that there’s no option to only choose one cookie when ordering off the app

These cookies absolutely blow the other cookie places cookies out of the water! They’re significantly better. I don’t want to embellish it too much, or too little, but they’re SO good! My mouth is watering thinking about them as I’m typing this 😅
App uses outdated Address finder
Unfortunately, I live only a mile away from Chip and yet, the “new and improved” app now tells me my address is not in the delivery area (it used to work just fine). But when I call Chip to order for delivery, they can pull up my address no problem? I’ve written them and complained several times and this still has not been fixed on the app. Whichever address search engine the app is using is garbage. It’s frustrating because it means I can’t use/earn my loyalty points by using the app.

Messed up
A banner on the app says an incomplete sentence telling you to download the app you’re already on. It also says delivery not available but that could be my local one.

Unable to Log In
I downloaded the app and created an account two days ago. I have been able to log in to my account through my web browser, but not via the app (it tells me I have the wrong credentials). I was unable to earn any points during my visit to a local store. I was advised by employees to reach out to support to have the points credited to my account, but nowhere on the website or the app is any contact information to be found. 🤷🏼♂️

Worst app ever
The app literally doesnt work. It wont let me order online and wheneve I come in to the store to scan my qr code, it wont read at all. And the worst part is the cashier cant even help me because they have no idea what to do 🤦🏻♂️
Stick to the baking Chip. Worst App ever!
My mother could do a better job putting this app together for you and she can barely turn on the computer. The only reason I know what cookies you have this week is from my IG account. Hire a professional before you are out of business and your yummy cookies don’t hit my bottom line anymore!
Unable to Add Address
Attempted to place an order and was not even able to save an address for delivery. Would blank out the address field but save the apartment field for some reason.
No Menu
Why would any organization update their app and make it harder to see what their product offering is? Food is seeing an irresistible photo and immediately craving that item. Now when I open the app, I have to dummy out an order to even see the weekly flavors. Now I see a small icon, instead of a full size photo and fleshed out description. The only one winning here is my scale because it’s super easy for me to close out and resist the temptation now.

No place to even see the new flavor
Would you believe that their new and "improved" app doesn't even show you the weekly flavor? Because it sure doesn't. The only way to see it is to make an order, and even then it only tells you the name of the cookie and offers no information about what's in it or even what it looks like. The app looks like a lazy students' final project.

Gift card issue
The app seems improved since the old app, but I’m surprised that there’s a place to load your gift cards however there’s no way to enter letter characters. This makes the tool impossible to use since every chip gift card I have has had numbers and letters. Seems like a basic thing that a developer should have noticed and fixed. Idk if Android users can do it and it’s just my iPhone or what.

Love the new app!
My favorite part is the loyalty program! I buy chip cookies all the time and now I can earn free cookies the more I buy. It's also so easy to order for delivery or in store pickup. Love it!
