Premium Upgrade Not Working
I recently trialed several screenshot organizers and decided on ChipIt. Because I needed the option to upload photos (in addition to screenshots), I purchased the necessary yearly premium upgrade; however, it doesn’t work. Every time I try to choose photos to upload, I’m given a message that I need to upgrade to premium for that feature. The premium upgrade shows active within the app, but the photo upload feature doesn’t work. I tried to reach out via the developer website, but the contact form doesn’t work. If this feature cannot be immediately fixed, I would like to request a refund as this screenshot manager does not meet my needs and does not function as stated.
