Decided to check out the app before purchasing the smart ring. The App Store photos show everything in Chinese but when I downloaded and opened the app it came up in English for me. No problems registering an account using my email address or entering basic info into the app. There’s not really much I can do besides enter my height, weight, birthday and occupation (presumably as a rough gauge of activity level?) until I have a ring that will connect to the app…but so far my experience hasn’t been as awful as some of the other reviewers. The ring I’m looking at is on Amazon…a pretty silver-tone one with faux diamonds and sapphires, a bit clunky like all the smart rings are but sparklier and prettier than the standard Oura and clones. Hopefully it won’t disappoint.

I bought this expensive ring to track my stuff. I download the app like you’re supposed to, but it won’t log you in and then when you go to login, the freaking keyboard won’t disappear for you to hit the login button. It will not register you so what app are you supposed to use for this damn ring

The app refreshes itself at night and is set for South Pacific time zone, and does not reflect time zone that a user may have their iPhone or android, set to therefore data resets itself early evening central standard time, and does not capture steps or sleep accurately at all. this is even after resetting the app and do not recommend
