Items are more expensive for delivery vs pickup (3.5 kd pickup vs 3.85 for delivery option)
How is this legal. I avoid such business that do not respect customers. I hope they fix it and care about their customers more. I prefer other mexican food options

Literally they got my order wrong n when I tried to contact the only help/customer service line they provide the calls cut. It’s like a fake number. I even tried deleting my account and it said to contact an email they provided to request account deletion yet which in itself is ridiculous I emailed them only to find out the email doesn’t exist. Wow so No real phone line or email. cool 😠

Ever since i downloaded the chipotle app, only pickup has been available with no option for delivery even though i live in dubai marina which is extremely close to one of the the chipotle branches.

Your app is the work of all apps, it doesn’t work you can even see the menu without it having some technical issues like why would you launch an application if you can’t make it work properly?? And you’re customers doesn’t help either so lame of you

What is the point of coming to Dubai and pretending to launch an app with ‘delivery’ if your app keeps saying no delivery currently available all riders are busy? Have you guys not heard of Deliveroo or Careem or Talabat? If you can’t deliver then don’t mislead your eager customers and waste their time!

I’ve been trying to order for ages and thee are always issues with the location or everything else. So frustrating that this is the only way you can get chipotle and doesn’t even work
There is no delivery option & app crashes before placing order
There is no delivery option on the app, False advertising and the app is slow takes forever to load and usually crashes before I’m able to place the order. Disappointing chipotle would agree to release an app like this

Major Fixes Needed
The app needs a major refresh. As someone who has frequented Chipotle in the US, I am disappointed in the rollout and effectiveness in almost every aspect of the Middle East’s version. The app is buggy, payment errors are frequent, pages are frozen and most importantly the order was incorrectly input. For the BOGO event I placed an order and after payment was confirmed, I got a notification and called the store because the order disappeared! The order number then linked to someone else’s order. Please make improvements that will meet the quality of Chipotle’s food, North American App and overall the business.
