We want to clarify that in order to earn our in-app currency naturally, users must accumulate enough "gas fee" (located in the coin section) and when the gas fee reaches a set amount, users will receive CRUMB coins. We also understand that you encountered an error when trying to purchase coins within the app, and that the coins were not delivered.
