Fun refresher
I hadn’t taken an ochem class since 2014, so I was a little worried I wouldn’t remember anything. I’m happy to report that all those hours in the library didn’t go to waste. Well kinda lol. I don’t find myself doing much ochem in the mortgage industry

alkene = aromatics, seriously?
I like the app a lot and recommand this to my OC students. There is something which annoys me however... when quizzing for functional groups, aromatics appear as alkenes! They should be considered appart for they have countless different properties! It seems pretty basic to me. Check it out!
Challenging, but fun
I've already taken organic chemistry I and II and did well. However, I found this game to be challenging (in a good way.) It's great as a refresher or as a way to test concepts learned in class. It would probably serve students well to check incorrect answers with professors or TAs to better understand concepts. Great learning tool!

Tartaric acid has three isomers
I cannot recommend this app. So far I found one error in just 2 min of use: tartaric acid has three stereoisomers, not four. One is meso, meaning RS and SR are the same.

Thank you for your feedback. The tartaric acid example is no longer in the app. Our original intent was that teachers could use tartaric acid as a class discussion point about meso compounds but we agree it might be confusing and so removed it in the first update.
