Lots of candidates
Scam
Response from developer
Woah. Not sure what this is all about Dr. Frank Vaught… what’s the scam? Would love to know what prompted this negative review on our brand/company? The moment you don’t understand something, you leave a horrible / brand-tarnishing public rating and review prior to reaching out to me, Dr. John Reuter, personally or in the Employer Private Facebook Group? “There are two ways to have the tallest building in town. One is tear everyone else’s building down, and the other is to build your building taller.” -Jim Rohn Not sure what prompted this type of review or reaction, especially seeing that we continue to advertise that we are in Beta / testing mode of the app hence the immediate paywall for employers. Not to mention, we would never give a list of candidate contact information away to ‘just anyone’ in order to protect them and their privacy. We only want employers on the platform that are serious about utilizing it to find an associate doctor, providing us valuable feedback, and assisting us to make the platform better. I have respected you and all you’ve done for this profession for a long time (since being a student and asking you to be on our Legendary Chiropractor Podcast) and to see this come through from you is shocking to say the least. I am responding to this rate and review on the App Store to protect and defend myself and my integrity, my company and it’s integrity, and to let others know there is absolutely no ‘scam’ going on. I want you to know that I feel extremely disrespected by this, Dr. Frank. If you have further questions or concerns, please reach out! We are trying to build something amazing for the profession and do value your constructive feedback.
App doesn’t seem to work
Response from developer
UPDATE: This issue / bug has been resolved and our app is working at 100% again. Thanks for your patience and support! — So sorry for this delay in your downloading and usage. We are aware that ChiroPair is crashing for users running iOS 15.1 or higher. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will be back up and running as soon as we can. Our app devs are working hard to discover the bug in the code that is not jiving with iOS 15.1 which is what brought our app down in the first place. After this, we will fix it, upload a newer version of the app, and we should be smooth sailing from there. We appreciate your support and patience, truly!
Full of students
Update: I’m not going to use and pay monthly for this app for the next two years while I wait for students to graduate. You need to fill this app with applicants that are ready to work within the 0-6 months so that it makes sense for doctors/offices to use it. I would gladly pay $500 or more for the ability to talk to students who are about ready to graduate and want an associate position or those that have already graduated. I will not continue to pay $149 per month to see a bunch of students that graduate 18 months from now. They will change their mind 100 times before they graduate.

Thank you so much for your review and willingness to be involved in our Beta process, Drdjsmm! Your feedback is very helpful for us moving into the future to make ChiroPair the best it can be and should be for all of our users. Indeed, we do have a very large student following from our chiropractic podcast that we host, so it does make sense a lot of current students joined the app early-on and continue to join day after day, especially as word-of-mouth begins to spread. Silver lining is, of course, everyone will eventually graduate and will be looking for work more often than not as the app ages, as does our user base. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and that things didn’t work out for you based on your hiring timeline. Again, we appreciate your feedback and continued support as we strive to make this app better everyday. Update: Totally understand, Drdjsmm! Thanks again for your support and for your feedback- it is greatly appreciated.
