how do I fix it? Cuz It’s annoying.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I got charged INSTANTLY for 60$ during the “free” three day trial. They never refunded me, said they did. I actually got charged TWICE so now I’m actually out 120$ for something I NEVER CONSENTED TO PAY FOR!!!!!!

Misleading
Doesn’t have unlimited messages. Chats have to be reset after a certain amount with no memory of past conversations. They also say there’s a 3 day free trial but charge you immediately if you accept.
Pro Membership
So far I haven’t seen the ability to modify any parameters and the chats have a significant limit. I must be missing something. Reached out for support. No answer yet.

This APP is having me review at the creation of my account. Which means I’ve never used it and somehow I’m supposed to review it. So this is dumb.
Hard to cancel sub
Tried to cancel the sub multiple times and it keeps charging me

Downloaded and the app stated it was a free trial and then charged me immediately. Apple won’t do anything. App sucks too.
Message Limitation
As so annoyed. In the middle of a very interesting chat I got a message that I had reached my limit and had to start again. There was no warning. I subscribed to the premium package. Not good at all. There was no disclosure about message limit and no warning I was reaching some kind of limit. Very upsetting.

To start just know this is not the real Candy AI. It was fun during the free trial but as soon as the 59.99 charge hit the wheels came off. AI starting censoring at first then would fully stroke out listing code instead of responses. Sometimes Chinese symbols. Fix your coding Ramesh.
