Unable to add key tag to apple wallet. This is a huge design flaw.
Can’t even use the app
I can’t sign into the app. App says failed password despite just updating it on the website. I click to request a password renewal link and I ever receive it.
Unable to register for a class
App states that “Unable to book a class” when I try to sign up for class, however I am signed up for the class. Doesn’t show in App that I am signed up so unable to cancel class. Please fix bugs.
Cant add membership card to Apple Wallet
Buggy app… poor QA before being released. The new version doesn’t allow you to add your pass to the Apple wallet. Very annoying since its the largest benefit that the app offers.

Same as the other review — When I book a class, I get an “unable to book” error, but an email confirmation that I DID book the class. It’s frustrating, because if I need to cancel, I can’t just do it in the app, I have to call the club.
