Horrible app
If you’re reading this, do not get a membership impulsively, I got a membership, November 2025 because I moved closer so I thought this gym would be nice. Though I never went so February 4, 2026 I owed $119 and that’s not the bad part because that’s on me, but the app does not let you pay. It always says something went wrong. Please try again. So in order to pay my balance, I had to go inside. But now I did not want the membership no more so, I ended up wanting to cancel it. Little did I know the contract is a 12 month period and $250 early cancellation fee, so I ended up paying $320 to pay my balance and cancel membership. Do not get a membership here unless you’re absolutely going to use it, I now go somewhere else where it’s 10x better. I write this review for impulsive teenagers like myself, be smart because if I didn’t care this would go into collection and ruin my credit in the long run and that’s not something I’d want for myself so I ended up paying and now can move on from this and enjoy my new gym. Also the app sucks like honestly the worst app ever.

Completely unusable
They made us update our app to this absolute garbage. I am now having to bring my key tag with me to scan in at the gym because the app just freezes when opened.

Unusable app
Worst gym app ever. I constantly have issues logging in, and it’s only gotten worse since their “update.” The app creates more problems than it solves and honestly makes me consider canceling my membership. Extremely frustrating. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Bush league app
This is the most infuriating app I have ever used. It has kicked me out and won’t let me back in, despite changing my password several times. They charge a premium for the “privilege” of signing up and taking classes but don’t provide a working, functioning app to do so. The worst thing to happen to this once great gym was Choice Fitness taking over. They don’t care about their members and will probably be raising dues again soon.

I’m trying to edit my name and the app won’t allow it. It has a “lock” symbol in the field. It also won’t let me change my gym to the one I actually belong to. I did send them a message. We will see if I hear back. Ridiculous!

Hassle
Most annoying process to cancel my membership here be sure to read the fine print because it’s a $300 charge to cancel your membership here. I work full time, and will be moving soon so I needed to cancel but I had to get get a doctors note or lease agreement or you have to pay $300 on top of whatever annual fees/monthly membership you have. Looking at $400 to cancel. Absurd- thank God my cancellation finally went through after it took them a MONTH to get it canceled so I got charged another monthly fee before it actually cancelled. Ridiculous. I’ll never get a gym membership again working out at home it is!
