I am a big fan of the author’s books, so being able to play in such a cerebral game set in that world is sheer pleasure. Brilliant writing and difficult choices ensure I will be replaying this a lot. I was genuinely wracked at some of the choices I was making in the game, brilliant.

Glorious, cutting, deep

I replay this game every few years, and I'm surprised and impressed by Gladstone's writing each time. Really hard to recommend this game more. Excellent universe, realistic characters, useful structure, and tough choices. Give it a play!

A Universe I Can Get Behind

A great, well-written game with a really unique world and interesting story—none of it felt tired. Magical lawyers are such a neat concept. Loved it so much I started getting into the related books, which are also great.
