App does not work! Continues to give me an error message!

Just put the credit cards on the your other GD bank app this is way more inconvenient
App is horrible
I’m sorry but this all is trash. I can’t even make a payment. It won’t let me add my banking info without saying there is an error with the system. It worked fine before why did you have to change it? Fix it.
What’s an app when it doesn’t work
I enrolled my account in the app only to get to the very end and receive an error message. I tried logging in and it said I needed to enroll. After going back through the process, I received the same error- “there’s something wrong, but it’s on our end”. No good- if it doesn’t work!
Doesn’t work with Apple
Very unorganized transition to a new credit mgmt system. Can’t even get registered. Get an error message each time I try. Can’t get help over the phone or solutions. No one knows what’s going on. Drove to the bank because I was so frustrated and needing to make a payment. They said they would get back to me by email as far as why I can’t get registered and I never heard back. Seems to be isolated to apple phones. Their customer service and technology has gone down hill and inferior to competitors. The face recognition does not work on the regular banking app either. Seems to not be compatible with Apple and nothing is being done about it. It’s been 2 months. I am considering switching banks. I need convenience not hassle with todays technology

CCCU Credit App
This a junk app , it does not work, CCCU union has a regular app that worked great , then they added the Credit App that never works, call the number on it and it sends you to someone that can’t help you , This credit union has failed at this , the other app you could check your credit card and everything, now you log in to the regular CCCU app and you have to download this crude , that is worthless, they upgraded there credit u ion Visa , and screwed that up , I paid a balance on my card and it went to my old card ,, was told it would be transferred to my new card , after 5 calls and call member services got it paid , they didn’t give me the correct payoff , so still owe a buck or two , time to change credit unions .

It won’t let me pay my CC using this new app and when I try to use the “Contact” button for a call, it sends me to a third party in India. When I do reach someone, they say they have to transfer me to Member Services, but they send me to a CU in Tennessee! When I try calling a CCCU branch directly, it sends me to the same call center in India. I expected more from my Iowa CU. It’s gone downhill.

Doesn’t work
All the text is very light and incredibly small. It’s really difficult to read. It also won’t allow me to make a payment. It just says there was an error and to try again.
