Bug in login component
Personal loan option not showing due login from different issue if i am using the same app in same mobile why login as different mobile message showing .work on backend team

Worst and extremely pathetic service from Chola Finance. I had completed all my responsibilities from my end, and everything was in order, but the company failed to provide proper support or timely responses to my emails. Due to their negligence and lack of communication, my CIBIL score was negatively affected.
The employees are unresponsive, and customer service is very disappointing. Even after repeated follow-ups, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing Chola Finance, as my experience has been very frustrating and stressful.

Never take any service from chola. They will do everything possible thing to not help you. Worst experience.

I m one of the Customer of Chola One.. in this App nothing support for customers , only out Dated informations are there, in Bajaj App real time support available, all our Documents LOD SOA Foreclosure all are available in Bajaj App.

I had a worst experience & my biggest mistake to take loan from chola one . I requested everyone don’t take any personal loan from them there customer services give you wrong information about the loan . When the loan is disbursed you will see high interest rates & expensive int rates .

This financing option is not good; no one should take it. Their interest rate is very high. I had a very bad experience with them. I would go so far as to say that no one should buy anything from them. No matter what I ask them for, they flatly tell me that they do not have the documents. When arranging financing, they speak very sweetly; however, the moment we say anything at all, their manner of speaking is absolutely unacceptable. It is not okay.

I had a very bad experience with the Chola Finance App and its employees. The service is extremely disappointing. The staff are completely unresponsive and do not attend to customer issues even after multiple attempts to contact them.

Fraud company
The most pathetic service they take money in foreclosure and ask for extra EMI for their sake. I wish such fraud people should be stopped. Even the customer care team is worst and don’t work at all. Including ceo and grievance all are fraud. Don’t take loan from this company at any cost
Unable to login
Once you logged out, you can't login again back, not receiving OTP to login, oy one way to login that is mobile number no other option. Worst experience.
Frustrating
I am regretting why I took PL from Chola, Despite regular payment I receive daily 3-5 reminder call. It’s frustrating. Despite multiple request they didn’t activated DND for me.
Login issue
First it was not getting access and i have tried in second phone than it showing different device login issues in both phones.

Hey have you guys tested this app? Why all the fields are returning null value? I cant even able to see my loan details. You guys have a good UI but make sure you test everything works properly before role out the product to public otherwise all these are going to be a negative touch point.
