Appalling to say the least.
Food ordered delivered next day plus another 7hrs late with item missing. Did not even call or message to inform of being late or that item was missing. Nothing ! !
Did not even replace the item just kept the money! Total waste…

What should have been a simple and clean transaction as stated in the multiple advertising videos across all of their social media pages turned into chaos. Delivery was pre selected for 2pm Bangladesh time, ended up being delivered just before 11pm. Only 9 hours late. Still after all this there was missing items, they offered to deliver the missing items the next day and didn’t have that item in stock and offered cheaper branded alternatives and when questioned by my family member in Bangladesh the merchant said ‘I have a restaurant, should I leave it closed and get your replacements’. if you’ve given a service and I’ve paid for it then you should deliver this service, it’s not free and it’s not charity. It was going good but after this very badly behaved man was very rude and stuck up I probably won’t be using this service again. It’s promoted to the overseas customers ( I placed the order from London, UK ) for comfort and ease however on this experience it was nothing to say the least.
The delivery agent was rude in handling the service that was paid for. Not giving Items tha was paid for and offering cheaper alternatives that doesn’t even make sense. maybe to pocket the difference maybe? This was a terrible experience for me and my family.

Not working properly
this apps is really needed but it doesn’t work properly, when we try to add delivery details that time it becomes white, it stuck on... and we have to close the apps . Could you have a look on that? why this happening?
