Definitely has potential
I haven’t had any issues besides minor bugs. That being said the user-interface needs to be overhauled to fit what is expected of an App. Special Features, UI improvements, etc. These are things that users are wanting to experience from an APP. It’s currently no different than pulling up a browser, except now it takes up storage on your device.

Don’t even bother
Oh how the mighty have fallen. What used it be my savior in the Covid era is now far worse than its competitors. The app let me place an order for a delivery that wouldn’t be delivered until the following morning- something DoorDash would never allow. Fix the app or leave IC.
App is so weak and worthless
This app is awful. When you try and plug in an address, it only recognizes national addresses, nothing local. Also, I have tried to use it to order several times, but so many issues. I won’t go in to the issues. Save your time and sanity, go with Door Dash or Grub Hub.
Great service with a _wonderful_ app update
I am so happy the updated app works in landscape as well as portrait mode! I was frustrated every time I ordered by that.
The update seems to have improved usability in general quite a bit.
I also have not had the trouble that the old reviews are talking about. Ok, the drivers have trouble finding my house but that is because I have a large bush that blocks their view of the house number. They are always good about parking nearby and calling for help.

It gets a second star for being local and coordinating with restaurants, but the interface pales in comparison to national competitors. And it doesn’t seem to be functional with IOS17 right now.

Good App, Good Concept, High Fees
App itself is 5 stars, love the concept of a local based delivery service. Fees are high (50% of the value of my food as fees!) but hoping will adjust as more restaurants hop on.

The interface has been improved, the customer service is terrific, and I love that they treat their drivers well! I wish even more restaurants partnered with them (though most of my favorites already do).

don’t use this app
i’m pretty sure this new chomp app leaked my credit card information. it was my only purchase with a new credit card. then a few days later, i had a fraudulent charge on my account.
