I wanted to redeem my birthday dessert but the store was all out since they were closing the last ever store in the state. But they gave me a truffle instead and the staff were very friendly and very kind. Sad to see the store closing!

The quality has gone way down sadly
The grilled veggies and paneer are tough and seem old and the brown rice is dry and also seems old compared to the past
The color isn’t as bright and the biggest change is in the quality of the paneer. Don’t know what happened

Order timing out
I have not been able to place orders from this app,
Everytime I use Apple Pay to pay for order,
It gives an error message and times out the session.

Defaults to pick up every single time
Doesn’t matter what option you pick at the beginning-pick up or delivery when you click order it will default back to pick up. Also only accepts some credit cards. I could only get Visa to work not mastercard
I love Choolah the restaurant, but the app won’t let me order
Whenever I get to the final review order step, clicking on the button does nothing, without even an indication that something went wrong. Instead I end up needing to use the website in Safari (because it crashes in Firefox).
App would not accept my card
Tells me to call support although my card and balance are fine. Apple Pay not an option. Wasted a good part of my lunch break trying to order.

From the time you walk in do you the time you take your very last bite is truly an amazing concept and the food is beyond delicious. It’s my favorite restaurant I don’t even want to call fast food because it’s such great taste! The staff is so nice they must have a very great training program because everyone belongs here including me. Thank you
