Account, CVV, and ReCaptcha EVERYTIME?!?
The point of the app was to make things fast and easy. I have an account, I have to enter my card’s CVV before every purchase and now I also have to solve Google puzzles, after doing both of the above?!?
Why are you making it continually harder to give you money?
Driving an extra couple miles to Habit is less of a roadblock than the garbage annoyances you keep adding to your app.

Payment is a pain
You have to manually type in your credit card info, your email address, your phone number and all your other information EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to place an order. If the app isn’t going to allow me to use Apple Pay, it should at the very least let me use auto fill.
Why no Apple Pay?
Once this app has the ability to pay using Apple Pay, I will become a customer. Not until then.

They are too lazy to mix their salads!
For someone on the go, trying to mix a big salad in your car is messy. So, I don’t go here for lunch anymore. Way to kill your business! Also, your app logs me out every time I order. I don’t get it, is someone going to steal my phone and buy a salad? Nobody will be stealing salads from our phones.
