Useless to update if your members are nit able to log in. Typical of apps that have too many members, the app stinks.

I loved Chope but I am now getting spam emails nonstop and they won’t let me unsubscribe no matter how many times I try. Please please just stop with your spam!!

Email verification button wont work
Its so frigging annoying i bought a voucher and in order to redeem it i have to verify my email, but the email verification button in the app doesnt work. I am unable to redeem my voucher now
Order and Scan are dropped
There’s no more order or scan function, you cannot use it for Koufu order anymore!

The chope dollars is a lie. Always fully redeemed and leave no option to wait for your C$ to expire! Liar.

Irritating Update
it used to be so fast to just search for a restaurant on the app and book a table. now it just gives you all the information you "may" want but if i want a table at the place of my choosing, i'm looking for the make a reservation button. still no clue where it is so i'd rather just reserve through google. been using this app for so long now and the changes is minimal at best, and the app is just not nearly as helpful as it originally has been. the only info i really want is an updated menu, location, opening hours, and an easily located reservation button. if i want more info on the restaurant, i'd just google it.

Worthless rewards
Only about 10-15 reward options . 80% of the reward options are fully redeemed. The only ones which aren’t are 10% of a day pass or coworking spot 🙄
missing points. couldn’t book.
i went to Quay house and shashilk. received request for feedback for shashik not recorded. expiring points no notification. a lot of pts expired. notification is a good action to remind members to use app
Payment gateway not working
Been trying to buy vouchers but payment gateway has been down for hours, and there is no customer service phone number!! What kind of company is this?

Annoyingly, the new version won’t let me log on with WeChat. Can’t access my reservations now.
Where is map?
Latest version has no MAP button. They wrecked the app. Horrible to use now. Developer. Please correct me if I’m wrong. But I cannot find search by map???
Inaccurate App.
I made two different reservation from this app with reservation confirmation numbers and neither of them existed when I tried to cancel/edit my reservation to confirm it and I had to restart my reservation all over again and missed my actual reservation day.
