Must have for any musician

This is a critical app for any person who wants to learn music. They show you all the chords as well as giving you the ability to practice site reading and ear training. Everything you need is in this app. The app has enabled me to go to the next level.

Ok, l'ho comprata pensando che riproducesse gli accordi. Ma non riesco a cambiare accordi. Delle 7 note ci sono solo accordi minori e maggiori e sono solo quelli. Insomma incompleta. Almeno scrivetelo prima di acquistarla.

Interessante ma da consultazione - meh

Ribadisco concetti espressi 12 mesi fa:
Offre libreria di scale assai completa come referenza, e le sequenze armoniche sono tipiche del pop (ma 18 sequenze!). Le indicazioni armoniche sono limitate (errori di enarmonia). Gli accordi vengono suonati a mano, nessuna funzione di riproduzione autonoma

Good and useful, but not intuitive

Please and some brief instructions, or any instructions whatsoever. Maybe a brief tutorial so that it isn’t a trial and error app, it could be an open and use app.

Not good

No midi out. No preset progressions. This isn’t very good compared to others. And there is no “mood” option.

RE: Excellent music prototyping app

I found this app an excellent tool for stimulating creation of songs without having access to or knowing how to play a piano. One can focus on the song itself without being distracted by playing/learning an instrument. It's also useful for relaying your song parts to other players (with or without) instruments. Now if only it would write the words for me....lol

OK as far as it goes.

It’s not very expensive, as of writing it’s free, but is pretty limited.

The screen doesn’t rotate to landscape, so it is stuck in portrait mode; not important if you only work in portrait mode maybe, but I don’t.

The ‘many’ moods turns out to be ten. Ten standard chord progressions. Progressions don’t play automatically in any way I can see. Progressions don’t reorder to any sequence but a number appears in the corner which gives the order of the chords to play.

The graphics show a keyboard chord with chord tonic note highlighted. But I’d say you need some knowledge of chords and keyboards for it to be of any use.

Appears to be standalone only, no mention of AUV3 or IAA; so no integration with any other music apps.

By tapping the BPM button you can get a rudimentary metronome, but there is no mention of this in the app or App Store description.

Overall, it’s not a bad app. It just doesn’t do very much and is quite limited without much documentation.
