Doesn't work

Dear Casio: I recently paid for and downloaded the Chordana App. I would like a refund. This app does not work and was very expensive. It won't analyze any songs I have- the songs are downloaded and are DRM free and I'm using the correct operating system. I read your instructions thoroughly and the app still doesn't work on ANY song. I am very disappointed as I trusted the Casio brand.
