Scam

It only lets you create 4 chores before it makes you pay for the premium app yet it doesn’t say that when you’re comparing the two.

Response from developer

Hi - "Up to 300 chores per account" is displayed right on the Subscriptions screen in the column for "Premium." You are also informed of the limit for the free version of the app when you go over the limit.

Excellent chores tracker

I thought I had an issue and the developer was quick to respond. The only future changes I would like to see is maybe make generic items to quickly get people started then give them the option to make customized ones and add monthly to it as well. I subscribed

Response from developer

Hi - thanks for the feedback and glad we were able to sort out the issue. Monthly and bi-weekly chores are a high-priority item for an upcoming release so you can be on the lookout for that. We've also considered making the on-boarding process a little more interactive to help new users add their child to their account, create their first chore and chore assignment, and so on. The top priority for us as we add features based on feedback we get, is keeping the app super simple and easy to use.

Charged $20.53

Unless I missed it, but it doesn’t state anywhere that you are charged to download this app.

Response from developer

Hi - Family Chore Manager is free to download and contains in-app purchases as indicated on the App Store page. The sign-up screen for Premium clearly labels the free trial period (two weeks), the price, and the benefits of a subscription. The only way to subscribe to Premium is to click a button on the sign-up screen that says either "Monthly Plan, $3.99/month" or "Annual Plan, $19.99/year," and to then confirm your purchase on the following screen. That said, if you feel you purchased Premium in error, please initiate a refund request with Apple right away. Unfortunately I can't directly give you a refund, but you can start the refund process on your end either from the link in the email you got from Apple when you purchased Premium, or by going to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and requesting a refund there. And, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at admin@kronickel.com if you need further assistance getting this sorted out. Thanks.
