Expired jobs/ responsibilities all the time - no help
This app worked perfectly fine until a few months ago. Now every chore I set (either as a responsibility or a job) expires when it should be recurring. I have set them to recur and contacted the app support via their feedback form within the app and via email today. I have deleted the chores and started from scratch. The chores have expired before 1 week even passed and they were recurring. So disappointed with this.

Expired Responsibilities
We've been using this app as a family for quite some time and really love it overall. It clearly differentiates between responsibilities we do because we're part of a family versus paid jobs, and I appreciate that kids can have separate jars for spending, saving, and donating.
My main issue: while chores can be set without time limits, responsibilities now expire. If kids don't check them off by the due date, they disappear from the daily view, and I have to go back in and reassign them — which quickly becomes a hassle. I reached out to customer support hoping this could be fixed, but never got a response, so I ended up canceling our membership.

Cumbersome
Everyday, every single chore that my kids don’t do, the chores ‘expire’ and I have to go in to every chore every day and manually reset it. It doesn’t even count against them on the days they don’t do it. It just shows nothing so their percentage of chores completed doesn’t change either. This was a waste of money.

Crashes
The app is awful. It’s laggy and when you tried to complete a chore it crashes and closes.
Ridiculously stingy app
Signed off the minute I was trying to sign in. It told me to create household and even before I want to see how the app works - does it works with my way of rewards it asking for money. Looks like it is a super stingy app. Exciting 👋
