Could be 5 stars but…

I like this app but I am unable to use the behavior portion, it just keeps “loading” but never populates. The chores that require a photo to be submitted for completion of a chore is not showing up to be reviewed for approval. So I am not sure how to fix that either. It would be 5 stars if those two things actually worked

Does Not Work on Apple Devices EDIT: FIXED!

Had an issue where the app wouldn’t let me log in on apple devices. However, the issue has since been fixed by the developer. Without the above issue the app works perfectly for what my household needs. I do wish the child accounts didn’t need the parent’s login information to login. But, other than that I’m very happy with the app.

Does Not Work on Apple Devices

The app no longer lets iPhone or iPad users login and only displays an error message saying “Login Failed” when attempting to do so on an Apple device. It’s only Apple too, as the others in my family who use Androids have no problem using the app. Support never got back to me, so I’m leaving a review instead in the hopes this brings attention to the issue.

Good but…

This game is really good. But lemme ask something. HOW DO U GET REWARDS OR CROSS OFF CHORES LIKE I TAP AND IT SAYS EDIT OR DELETE LIKE DO BETTER. I will keep this

Wouldn’t let me log in

Created user name and password but wouldn’t let me log in. Even reset password still wouldn’t work.

Hey! Really sorry you had that experience — there was an issue affecting new logins on iPhone and iPad, but it’s now been fully fixed. You should be able to log in without any trouble now (even with the same email/password). If you're willing to update your review now that it’s sorted, I’d really appreciate it. Decent chores and rewards system

I’m lucky I downloaded this app when I did. Right before they required iOS 13 or later. I have an iPad mini 3 and it won’t do more than iOS 12. I actually downloaded the app and not 3 days later, the app was missing from the App Store and it wouldn’t load anymore. Right when my kids were getting used to it and excited for rewards. Thankfully it started working again and has been fine ever since.

Overall, for my kids to have a chore list they can look at make sure they’ve done all their chores and keep track of their rewards has been great. I do wish like another review said that the kids could move between their own pages without needing a parent to unlock it. I also have my iPad on landscape mode attached to the wall and when accessing the kids pages, the top half of the page is taken up with their name, picture and rewards status along with what day of the week taking up another 1/3 of the page. I do wish all that other info was slightly smaller or that there was at least an option to change the size of them.
I also wish the ability to schedule chores on the calendar could have a few more options like iCal has.

I like that I can create any reward at any price range and the kids love being able to see how far away they from a reward.

Broken

After last update my child’s app is no longer logged in and cannot login. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling no joy. Password screen is buggy and doesn’t accept password anymore. App is no longer functional for child

Please fix this is a nightmare for my autistic daughter! :(

I'm having issues

The app itself is great and the chore and reward system works well. The issue is when I go to behaviors, special rewards, and game rewards, it will not load even though my internet is fine. It is also not letting me allow games. I would have reported this in app, but there is no way to do so. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the issues I'm having, but if they're fixed, I'll change the review.

Great potential

Simply design and functionality. Easy to make profiles and add chores. Rewards and shop are simple to setup and allows for customized options to motivate your child. We have this on the family tablet in the kitchen so all kids have easy access. My suggestions:

- please allow children to go between their own accounts without needing the parent’s pin
- add “as needed” option for recurrence (empty dishwasher for example only needs to be done when it’s clean on random days)
- add more options for chore icons (and reward icons)
- allow coins to be converted to dollars, or add dollar options/icon when creating chore
- allow chores (and rewards) to be drag and drop rearranged (currently only have options to sort A-Z, Z-A, reward ascending, and reward descending). Drag/drop would allow me to order them chronologically as they are scheduled throughout the day/week.

Overall I would recommend and will continue with this app a few more weeks. Look forward to the updates!

I was using the home app but it stopped working. Some things missing in this app are being able to rotate chores or have a chore that anyone can do but once it is done goes away on everyone else’s list. Also being able to share a chore between kids and split the points would be nice. I wouldn’t mind paying for extra stuff but my kids are older so the behaviors and games are not very meaningful. I did decide to try a free trial but it wouldn’t open the games anyway. I am using this app for now because I can’t find anything better that can be used in iOS and Android

Great app

Great for kids! Love that they can do their chores and earn rewards set by me… love that I have to click “approve” before they get the coins! Also love the behaviors part!
