Eli’s breath work guidance has been helpful to me over several years, going back to chorus meditation during the pandemic. I am grateful for ChorusSleep and come back whenever my sleep gets disrupted, whether by age, stress, or distractions that keep my sleep disrupted. Thank you Eli.
It actually works
Last night I was lying awake with racing thoughts and anxiety—then I remembered Chorus Sleep. I used a Sleep Session called Calm, Quiet, Safe to Rest, and let’s just say this: I woke up to grab coffee and my wife of 8 years looked at me and said, ‘Well, someone got a good night of sleep’—and she didn’t even know I’d used Chorus.
I usually average 38 minutes of REM, but last night I got 2 hours and 8 minutes, thanks to Chorus.
Chorus Sleep is incredibly effective. I’m looking forward to many more great nights—and a better quality of life.

Impressive update
Chorus was an "okay" app for a while, but I used others most of the time. After the redesign, I came back. Now it's my nighttime staple. Cheers to the team, can't wait to see what's next.
Finally found my sleep solution!
I’ve been struggling with sleep issues for years and have been dependent on OTC or prescription sleep aids for as long as I remember — I was constantly in search of a natural, effective solution and I’ve found it in Chorus Sleep! It wasn’t overwhelming to get started — everything is bite-sized and the variety of resources ensures I’m getting what I need when I need it and not anything extra. I love the track and measure feature which visualizes your progress, and love how you can choose your sleep sessions or have one chosen for you (ahem, decision fatigue). A game changer for my sleep
I’ve been a big fan of Chorus for a while now. The Chorus Sleep app has become a staple for me, especially during weekdays, as I try to wind down after a long day of work. The teachers have perfected the pre-sleep breathwork, their voices are soothing, and the music is perfect. With Track & Measure, I’m now actually able to validate sleep quality with data and ensure I get the highest quality sleep I can each night (or at least know what impacts me the most and control it)! Connection to my wearable (Garmin) is a great feature too. 5 / 5 stars!

A recovering insomniac!
I've really learned how to sleep better from Chorus Sleep! I started with the different sleep sessions picking each depending on my mood such as reducing anxiety or just relaxing. I really like learning the sleep tips and applying them on different nights. Finally, I liked tracking my sleep and discovering patterns that were destructive to my sleep or really helpful to getting more restorative sleep!!

Falling asleep has been much easier and getting that little bit more sleep has made me more productive during my work day. Great options for white noise too!
