Choun Enterprise

Choun Enterprise is a customer conversation management app for authorized administrators and support staff. The app does not provide public registration. A tenant address and account must be issued by your organization. Users without assigned credentials cannot use the app. Main features: - View and search customer conversations - Send replies and internal notes - Attach photos and files - Claim, transfer, and archive conversations - Receive message notifications and unread badges Choun Enterprise is limited to customer support operations. It does not provide the other administration features available on the web service. There are no in-app purchases, public posting, or social features.
