Worst restaurant app!! Worthless!!
We tried using the app while standing in the A&W store in Boise, Idaho. The app give option of ordering from a store in the Chicago area, or in eastern Oregon, but would not let us order at the store, even though it showed on the map. What is the point? are use other restaurant apps daily, and will continue to avoid A&W because of this worthless app!!!!!

There's one 0.8 mi away from me, but the app says the closest is in a different state
Not all locations are registered in the app. In fact, I'm guessing 90%+ of them aren't. So when I put in my Utah address, it told me to go a state over--to Colorado. There's one 0.8 mi away from me though...
Monstrosity to the A&W brand
First i just want to say: A&W is a FANTASTIC food chain, their food is amazing and cheap… I am a HUGE fan of A&W Restaurants. But this app… awful! I’m sorry, i never realized the nearest location was 7 states away from me. Last week, I went my local A&W which is 3 blocks away. It would be helpful for the app description to mention that there are only like 10 locations available, and most don’t even offer delivery.

This app is useless unless you live in the Lexington, Kentucky area. I have no idea why it is not available throughout the USA.

There’s a location 2 miles from my house but apparently in order to use the app my closest bet is in CANADA? Huh. I was looking into the app because the location near me is a disaster and takes about 30 minutes to fill an order so I’d thought ordering ahead would be nice…

Apparently the developers have left the building. I have four A&W restaurants within reasonable driving distance from my house, and this app refuses to recognize any of them. I order online frequently and it’s disappointing that this app just sits here and rots.

This app doesn’t cover restaurants in Greenville SC. I tried to place an order in this area and only Richmond appear. Very bad app!

Do not download this app unless you want to drive hundreds of miles away. I’m currently sitting in front of a location, and it will not pull up in the app. Don’t waste your time.
What A Shame
On the rare occasion we can find an A&W, we frequent it. There is one here in Roswell, NM. I would like to be able to use it for ordering & deals. Unfortunately, the restaurant here doesn’t show up on the app. Total waste of time, energy & space to download it.
If only it had all A&W locations
App failed for me and is useless while in the parking lot of an A&W, yet the closest A&W is 65 miles away from me.

I ordered online and got an email saying it went through. Got to the restaurant and they said they didn’t receive the order. Money was taken out of my bank though. App needs to be fix

This app is a joke. It shows the nearest location is over 300 miles away when I’m reality there’s one less than 2 miles from me.
