We’re sorry to hear about this experience. App Store subscriptions are managed directly through Apple, and access remains active until the end of the billing period even if you cancel early. You should still be able to use the app for the time you’ve already paid for. If you’re having trouble accessing your account, please reach out to us via the in-app support or email so we can help resolve this quickly. We value your feedback and will do our best to make things right.
