I've been using dating apps for about five years. I'm not unattractive, but I know I'm not everyone's ideal, and being a Christian, I date with the intention to marry. Most of my life, I've lived in Alaska, which has a low female-to-male ratio. I started using dating apps when I was in England and tried several paid Christian dating apps. I had a few matches and dates, but none of the women truly felt like a good fit for me, though thatās not the appsā fault. The issue was, those apps were quite expensive. So, I tried some more general platforms like Bumble, Tinder, and Hinge, using them without paid subscriptions.
Bumble was by far the worst. The idea that women initiate conversations didnāt work for me, as many women didnāt reach out, and the few conversations I had were brief and shallow. Tinder had some women who seemed normal, but I never ended up meeting any of them. Hinge was probably the second-best app, where I had a few meaningful conversations and even met up with a couple of women. But ultimately, I found my girlfriend on Chrill. It still took some time; she was only on the app for a few days before we matched. We both want to get married and share so many similar values. I'm really glad we decided to try Chrill.

After all, compared to Upward, Holy and other dating apps, Chrill is much cheaper. Less paying but better service. Perhaps because it doesn't have many users yet, but the fact is that I can feel a good dating vibe here, like few scammers and fake profiles, loyal and sincere Christian friends, and strong customer service team. Iāve been on here for a week and I have met the right one here Even though we're not in the same city or even the same state, I don't think the distance is going to create any problems between us. Yes, that's right, we are now both convinced that we are each other's soul mates. He, like me, is a devout Christian, so it's as if God ordained for us to meet here. We've only exchanged photos, we haven't officially met yet, but as long as our hearts are in the same place, what comes next is a natural progression. A bit confused?
So Iāve only been on the app a couple of days, but already there seem to be some weird things. One, I can verify my phone or email. I put that information in and tell the app to send me a verification code and nothing happens. Two, when I go to purchase a VIP pass, I am unable to do so. Three, I sent a āHelloā to someone (which is direct message to them), and it says the person I sent the āHelloā to āLikes Youā next to their name in my chats section, but it doesnāt say weāre matched. Am I missing something? How else do we match if itās not necessarily by both liking each otherās profiles.

Dating apps scare me a little but this one isnāt so intimidating. It was easy to download the app and sign up for the platform. After signing up I was immediately given access to single faith based gentleman who had posted profiles. There are alot of gentlemen that posted so if you click on one and arenāt quite sure if you want to proceed you have others to choose from. Not sure whatās going to happen but hopefully Iāll make a few new Christian friends.
