Not Installed
I paid for this product but it says installed, but it's not showing on my phone. Usually when it's install you can click open and it open up the app. It only says installed and it's shaded out. Can you please fix this app or refund my money. I'm a chaplain and I like using encouragement notes. Please fix or refund. Thanks

iOS Stickers are available within the Messages app. To access, click the 'App' icon to the left of the text entry field in Messages. If they do not come up automatically, next click the 4-dot symbol on the bottom left and you will see all Sticker packs that you have purchased.
