Can’t log in
Update. I can’t log in. I get errors and when I try to use the “forgot password” feature I get a 503 error.
I like the fact that I can listen to books from Christian Audio but the app is glitchy and annoying. For example, if I take a break from listening to a book, I have to record my position before stopping so that I can pickup where I stopped. When I try to resume listening, the app starts me at the begin of the chapter I was in.

Deeply Disappointing
This app has completely failed at the most basic function: giving users access to the content they have paid for. I have spent thousands on audiobooks, and I now cannot access my account at all. I am effectively locked out of a large paid library with no clear way to fix it. This is a serious failure of service. At the moment, this app is blocking access and creating unnecessary stress.
Until this is fixed this app cannot be trusted.

Worst app ever
This is a really bad app, loses my place all the time, sometimes won’t play books at all. Now I can’t log in and the password reset page is broken. Do better guys.

Sad and Disappointed
I used to use ChristianAudio for the majority of my listening. Then they “improved” it to stream. Now it won’t stream or download any of my books. The help section and FAQs on the site appears to be completely outdated. My recommendation is to not use this app until they fix it and leave it working for at least a year. Too sad. I really want to love this app.

Don’t get
I’ve had Christian audio for years and purchased several books. For a month now or more it keeps saying that the books are streaming. I have tried every way to get my content back and now I can’t even get the app back. It appears like everything I purchased is gone. Sad commentary for Christian.
Waist of time
Don’t waste your time with this app. I’ve only had it a few days, and it has locked up on me to where none of the books that I have purchased will even play. Then it locked me out of the app would not accept my login information. It will not recognize any email address I put in . Went to their website updated all my information changed my password and my email address hoping this would Fix the problem and it didn’t

Can’t play some titles
Like the bible n some books.

None of my Bibles available
I had purchased several different audio Bible versions (ESV, HCSB, CSB, The Message, and others) and for years now none of them will open in this app. And, the app is much less functional than it was years ago. It seems like this company is happy to collect any money that still comes in from purchases but not faithful enough to invest that money at all in fulfilling the requirements implied by offering those purchases (ie, making a usable product). Sad.

Used to work great, now it doesn’t
I think they stopped servicing the app many of my books don’t even load anymore. Christian Audio hasn’t been in operation for a while by the looks of it.
Can not even setup an account
Downloaded the app and it took me straight to login. I did not get to setup an account. What good is the app?
Doesn’t function at all anymore.
This app used to work great. Then it got an update and now it’s impossible to download any content (yes, I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps). I can still stream some of my books, but others give an error message that „this book doesn’t contain any chapters.“ You can manually download your books from the website, so that’s my current workaround. Don’t bother with the app though.

Enjoy the app, but….
After the most recent update, I can no longer access on one of my books, “Morning and Evening” by Charles Spurgeon. It tells me there are no chapters. Somewhat accurate, but…there are two readings for each day.
Shockingly bad
For a company that literally has one job—helping people listen to audiobooks—their app is pretty bad. And how has it literally gotten worse over the last decade? I’m shocked at how I can no longer make a bookmark or even figure out which books I’ve already downloaded. This app is seriously shockingly bad.

Multiple Playback Issues
Every single chapter reverted back to 1.0 speed, and often doesn’t start playing the next chapter automatically, basically rendering the app unusable.
Does not save place
All I want is an app that will let me listen to a book without having to do it all in one sitting. If I've listened to a book for 45 minutes and stop it, when I come back the next day, it has lost my place and I have to spend time trying to find how far I had gotten. This is the most basic requirement for this type of app, so not having this makes the app essentially useless. I guess I have been spoiled by Audible.

I might be missing someth8ng…the help button on the app isn’t working so having to go this route. Where is the functionality in My Library to sort by downloaded and completed/ in progress? I’m thinking Im not the only one that needs to distinguish between books I’ve completed vs in progress…right? Basic customer focused functionality, possible? Love love this company and straightforward clean app.
