Can’t Log On
Downloaded the app. It wants an email and password that I haven’t yet created. No option to create these, so can’t even open the app.

Buy a digital book, but…….can’t read it. So now I have spent money and can’t use what I bought. Seriously?! Do not buy a digital book.

For a Christian organization that should be producing quality apps this reader is very bad.

Terribly cumbersome
I wanted to support a Christian business, so I purchased an ebook from Christianbooks.com. The reader app is very difficult to navigate, unfortunately.
Don’t buy digital
Love their physical books for years and bought many. Tried one for digital and haven’t been able to fully read it yet. App is clunky when trying to adjust or do simple things like flip pages. Lately it won’t even open my book anymore and just keeps displaying a spinning circle that never loads it.
No options
I didn’t even remember downloading the app and have no record of a password. I have tried every password I can think of and nothing is working and there’s no option to remedy this situation.
App stopped working
I keep getting an error message telling me to check my internet connection. My connection is good. I bought a new phone and all my other apps loaded fine but this one. I also bought a new ebook that I’m unable to read. I want a refund but don’t know how to request it. Terrible customer service and poor IT team.

None of my ebooks are loading.
App keeps crashing, can’t return the book
The app keeps crashing after 30 seconds and I can’t download the book any other way. It’s disappointing because I wanted to use this particular product. Feel duped. Because I paid $20 for an unusable product.
Just delete the app or run it well
One of the worst apps I have ever used. Full of bugs, unpleasant to read and find anything.

Awful app
I rarely come back to rate apps, but this one is especially very very bad. It’s not worth purchasing books if they’ll be handcuffed to this atrocious app
Not for iPad or iPhone
Can’t get books to open. Unaware that the app quit working, I just bought a new book and it nor any of the others will open now. Disappointed.
No update for 3 years
Unable to access my ebooks. Customer service staff unresponsive.

Poor Reader
This was not tested on an apple device for functionality. I cannot jump to a page, menu disappears and cannot come back up without exiting and reloading. Left side menu only shows books. I want to jump to page based on book , chapter , and verse. If you cannot provide a useful app, consider allowing a pdf or ebook download to use our own reader.

Not happy
I will not be using this ereader any more. Too many issues. Couldn’t finish my book.
Why do I even need it?
I am not only disappointed in the function of this app but in the fact that I HAVE to download it. CBD should allow us the download the book in ePub or PDF format like Crossway does. I will not be purchasing anymore ebooks from them unless they change that policy because I loathe using this app.
