Can’t sign up
When signing up get everything up and good but when it wants me to verify my email it doesn’t send it and says “code sending fail” but I can’t try again without force closing the app and it doesn’t want to work. Seems I’m not the only one having this issue, the developers of this app need to fix this asap if they want people to use it.

Very frustrating
Well thank you to the person who suggested to go backwards such as Year Month and Day when entering my DOB. That helped. It took several attempts to verify my email but I got there. I went to online booking and there was nothing there.
Cannot sign up
At sign up the email code verification part refuses to work, just keeps telling me it failed, the “send code” button then stops working all together, useless app
Why even bother?
Not possible to log in. After you figure out you have to put your birthday in backwards to get it to accept it it says you can’t sign in until you verify your email, but refuses to send a code. And I only tried the app because I made a spelling mistake on my email trying to sign up on the website and am now locked in a loop with it saying I can’t create a new account because my phone number is being used, but I can’t verify with the incorrect email so basically I can’t have an account!

Rubbish app
6 months and still can’t sign in - pathetic and complete waste. Give me back my paper punchcard instead of this rubbish. Why can’t this be fixed??………………………
