Annoying you're stuck on Screen 2?

I picked this Christmas Picture App because I thought it would be fun to make and send pics to friends and family. I purchased all the extras, which were very reasonably priced, unfortunately, I can't choose a diagram because the next screen Is a list of additional options I've already purchased? This App never goes beyond screen 2? Annoying as hell. If it worked it would be a great app, but it doesn't.
