It upgraded without any new scenarios! I have completed all of the scenarios!

Can’t win # 733 not enough time
Not as much fun as it used to be
I first played this game years ago, & loved building each level. The music was nostalgic & very Christmassy, the game was fun to play but just challenging enough, & the watching the scenes come together was satisfying. Now the levels are impossible to beat without buying power ups (and winning a level is the only way you can get gems for free, so be prepared to pay real hard-earned money), and there’s no option to buy ad-free playtime anymore, and there’s an ad between every. single. level. It’s become an incredibly frustrating game now, not even worth the free download, and I’m sad that I no longer have the seasonal game I used to love. 1,000% not worth it anymore; thoroughly disappointing.

Added a ton of ads and broke the game in the process!
I've been playing this for years-its very chill and easy to pick up and pit down and recently they added very long (1+ min!) ads at the beginning of each level that end up stalling or freezing. I don’t mind watching an ad to get diamonds to help me with extra moves for a level but those break too and freeze and zoom way in and then I rarely can get diamonds now. I guess I’m ending on level 729 because it’s now virtually unplayable!

I have played this game at Christmas for years and years and have always been happy to contribute by doing some in-app purchases. I really love it. However… now there are ads and ads, after every attempt at every level. It has taken away so much joy from the game. I don’t mind an ad or two during a play session, but after every single attempt is a bit ridiculous.

It a great game but you can’t content the level to possesses so if you have to by a new phone or the game disconnects you got to start back on level one

Today’s update needs to have a rethink. This game was enjoyable to play when I had a few minutes. I only watched ads if I wanted in order to gain gems. After the update I am unable to play a level without first watching an ad. What were you thinking?!?

I absolutely loved this app but it stopped working. For the last few weeks I’ve been getting notifications saying “the elf misses me, see what’s happening”.

Glitches
I really like the game however there are so many glitches. When you buy gems, when you try to restore your life…it’s really bad. I have been playing for years and unfortunately it has not gotten better, I will have delete the App.

Where are the special events advertised in the updates that have been realised since the beginning of December 2024?
The special events don’t seem to exist, on Game Centre it shows as 0/42 levels completed but all levels are locked 😡

I enjoy the game but the daily spinner doesn’t work at all. I have reset the game and still doesn’t work
