Hi! A weekly plan grants you credits each week. The yearly plan if kept active will give you double credits on renewal. Unfortunately, we have to pay for AI computing power, and each photo generates a cost. It's not selfish, because AI costs money, servers, etc. Sorry if we disappointed you! Have a great day!

Hi there, We haven't received any email from you. Kindly send an email from inside the app. As for the subscriptions, Apple manages them, and you can view your subscription status by going to your iPhone settings -> tap on your name -> subscription. Thank you!

Hi! I am really sorry you had this issue. Have you followed the guidelines from Photo Tips? In order to work, it needs good quality photos where the faces are 100% visible.
