Can’t finish game

I’ve unlocked the reindeer gate but now can’t walk through. Hunt keeps saying there is nothing to do. App support is a broken link. Waste of $7 :(

Don’t bother spending the money

Thought a game being out for a while bugs would be fixed but nope. Stop at moving onto the lake like in many reviews so they obviously didn’t fix it and want to take your money and then you can’t continue to play. Will never by a game from this developer again.

Simply beautiful

This is a great Christmas game. I’m playing it a few weeks before Christmas and it definitely puts me in the Christmas spirit. What I LOVE about this game is how the collectables icon sparkles.

The game is beautiful with the graphics, music and story. I’m definitely a big fan.

Can’t even start the game. When I tap the icon the screen dims for a moment and goes back to the Home Screen

No longer works

No longer can get this to play at all and have downloaded and tried on an old and newer iPad.

No longer works

Here we are again. We purchased these games with the belief that we could keep them and replay them whenever we wanted. But like pretty much ALL of these types of games, after a few updates, they no longer work. If you’re going to sell games with the promise of pay once play forever, UPDATE THEM SO THEY WORK. Otherwise what you’re doing is criminal.

The Christmas spirit Grimms Tales

Love the game but after reloading the game 5 times as soon as I get to observatory to place the three candles it won’t allow me. I emailed on Sept O3/22 to see if it could be fixed so I could finish the game but have not received an answer

Really liked this game. My only problem was there were two object games that maybe need a skip, like the one where the two screens had to fit over each other .it took a very long time to get through this game, and the one where you need to place the three candles at top of ladder it took over an hour of trying but it would not accept my tap.
