This game works until the bonus game then starts to pixelate, unplayable

Edit: I offloaded and redownloaded. When it got to the box with the brooch, it was still invisible, but I selected it from space in inventory and moved it to portrait and it appeared.
So am continuing on with the game! Weird, but happy ending.
When using the 3 gears to open box to hidden object game, when you get to screen saying this might be useful (for the brooch) the layer containing the brooch is missing. The inventory thinks the brooch is there, but it isn’t.
So you can’t move forward without adding brooch to portrait, but that asset isn’t there to choose even though the hint thinks it is. Please fix! I started over to see if new profile would work, but it doesn’t.

Christmas Stories Yuletide
Way to many glitches. Unable to play the entire game. Deleted and reloaded but it didn’t help. Several items don’t show up in your items tray also items don’t show on the game itself so you can’t find it l believe it is the glue. On the checkered board. There are more earlier just can’t remember them all. At this point I can’t play any further in the game. Waste of $6.99. I always enjoyed playing your games. This is a big disappointment.

Fun!
This game was so fun and so satisfying! The dialogue was sometimes funny, the written notes were clever, the storyline was good, the hint system awesome, the characters engaging, and that Cheshire Cat was hilarious! I loved this game from start to finish! Bravo and Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅🏻🙌🏻

Bug in this
There is a bug in this and in the Express Christmas game that you also have. The screen is black with just the areas that have actions appearing in colour. Also the artefacts that you pick up to use are blanked out so you don’t know what you have got. Please fix. Also when you go on App support the URL is not found!

Can’t get horseshoe handle
I cannot get past the board game. The hint points to the game’s upper left corner but nothing is there. I’m supposed to get the horseshoe handle in order to get the horseshoe. I cannot continue the game. Frustrating because I just paid full price for it. Any suggestions?

Name at top of game spelt wrong, perhaps that’s why been charged TWICE 😡 WAITING FOR REFUND PLEASE. Finished game VERY disappointing, just like last years😥 what’s happening? I used to love these games. NEW: Never got refund! Christmas Stories. Used to be really Christmassy and BRIGHT! and based on fairy stories like our Panto’s Puss in boots etc. Sorry😢

Wonderful Game
I really enjoyed this game. Beautiful graphics and great story. Only downside was that I could not choose custom mode. Thank you Elephant Games hope to see more new games released soon.

Great, but feels short
As usual, this Christmas Story game follows all the previous - much fun and nice winter scenery. This one however feels shorter than the previous ones although I don’t believe it is. I’d give it 6 strs if they would bring back the morphing objects - snagging the collectibles is always a fun part of the games.

I was loving this game especially my little helper Glu. I’m at the end of the game but there was no wooden statue leg in the gingerbread box so I can’t complete the game or play the bonus game ☹️☹️☹️
Paid twice
I paid for this game when It was in the App Store then downloaded it and had to pay again. Not very happy.

Does not let me select custom mode
I want to select custom mode yet when I select this mode the game shuts down and boots me out, very annoying.
Stuck on the mode selection!!

Attention players! The App Store is aware of the glitch and it might be an App Store glitch and NOT a developer issue. All you have to do is go to your receipt, select report a problem and request a refund for the second charge. Simple and easy. I was refunded very quickly! So truthfully we should NOT be basing our reviews on a glitch that might not be the developer’s fault!
On to the review. The storyline was a combination of elements from a Christmas Carol (Hans was basically Scrooge) and Icelandic legend about the Yulemen. In the bonus adventure you learned how Hans became such a miserable person. The game was lengthy. The graphics really could have been better, but they lacked saturation, as well as visual acuity. The map indicated collectibles, which consisted of postcards and puzzle pieces. The general gameplay was terrific, with many tasks to accomplish at each location. The player was provided with a Yuleman named Glu to assist in reaching objects in locations not able to be accessed by your character. Glu could also access portals to travel to Hans’s memories. There was a great variety of HO scenes, from word lists, to silhouettes, using one object to find another, and replacing objects in the scene, as well as some others. The mini-games were alright, but many were rotational, and I am sick and tired of those. I prefer logic-based games and not rotational. Give us some artsy ones, like paint by number, embroidery, etc. We also love dominos, mah jongg , and carnival-type games! Labyrinths and mazes are always welcome. These are suggestions that Elephant needs to take to heart. I’ve been doing this a very long time and I know what the players enjoy. Please remember I have about 10,000 followers, so please use a bit more innovation in these puzzles and games!
This was a good game, but in some ways it was lacking. I would have enjoyed the game more if it had magnificent graphics and more interesting mini-games. My final rating will remain at 4 stars.
