Game is full of bugs, DO NOT PURCHASE! Items disappear from inventory & scenes are blacked out frequently. Stop charging for a game that’s messed up. Now it shuts down my iPad every time I try to open it!

Had to constantly close and reopen…
This game is beautiful and I REALLY LOVED playing it UNTIL it got so glitchy that I had to constantly close and relaunch it. The inventory items would be blank and then the screen would cut to active spots on a black screen. This is honestly one of the most delightful games I’ve played and it’s a shame my overall experience was ruined to to a very very glitchy gaming experience. I honestly wish i hadn’t paid for it.

Where is Gryla’s key?
I can’t finish the story because I didn’t get the key after the hidden objects in the tree. What now? If I start over, will it appear?

Cute story, but there are several instances of missing graphics, at one point entire scene such that I couldn’t continue playing.

Glitches galore
The screen blacks out, with only a few items shown. Sometimes the picture of the tool disappears. Simply impossible to play.

Bonus help needed
I played all the way through the game and was enjoying the bonus game until I came to the part to get the reindeer to get up. I tried everything but I can’t get it to work. Help please!

Christmas tree forest
ALWAYS look forward to this series, but this one isn’t as good as the others,I’m sorry to say😢 I don’t really know why, the story isn’t known, not to me anyway! it wasn’t as CHRISTMASY and just didn’t enjoy it as much as ALL the others.

Better late than ??
Once again Elephant Games delivers a gorgeous game. Because of a loss, my Christmas spirit fled, but upon returning to this game in the middle of January, I am delighted. The story is enchanting, the cats marvelous, the music deep and rich, the puzzles a mix of challenging and simple—something for everyone. The graphics and music are eye and ear candy (a new term?). I love the idea of animals in Christmas games. Animals gave warmth and comfort in the story of the first Christmas, I believe, while humans shut the doors. Dear developers, thank you for such cheer in the middle of a very long January. Elephant, blessings to you (and reviewers) for keeping us engaged while we wait for better days that ARE coming. Thank you for such cheer, for such a delight. (And I even missed one piece of puzzle—my first ever—so a replay is needed but it will not be a chore.) Thanks to all and to all a good night! Moxieruby

Don’t bother
When I got this game me and the kids loved playing it as it was thought provoking, fun and beautifully designed. I therefore invested the £6.99 and got access to the whole game which was amazing.....until I went to play it again and all of my progress had disappeared! We were all gutted as we’d gotten quite far into the game. I emailed the developer who eventually came back to me and told me to logout of the game and log back in and if that didn’t work to get back to them. Needless to say that didn’t work and I have emailed the developer twice since then but have still not received a reply. Developer - if you do actually read the reviews, please can you get back to me and fix the problem and refund me my £6.99. Thank you

Christmas Stories: Tree Forest by LynxMinx
My review has been deleted over and over and I am tired of it. So this will be very quick! The game was lengthy, gorgeous and adorable. We were furnished with a very nice variety of HO scenes and puzzles. There were plenty of collectibles for those who love them. Each location had a plethora of enjoyable tasks to accomplish. My only quibble was that the touchscreen sensitivity needed to be heightened a tad. At times it was difficult to pick up inventory items and collectibles, and then to apply inventory items as well. Still it was a terrific game. My final rating will stand at 4.5 stars.

UPDATE:after deleting and reloading the game I was able to complete it. Not sure if there was a fix, but I am happy to say I was delighted with the game once I could play successfully. There are a variety of interesting puzzles and this game would have easily rated a 5 star, however I am giving it a 4 due to the hassle.
The puzzle piece in the chest in the bedroom cannot be collected. It appears to be there, but when one tries to collect it, it is no longer visible. I even resorted to the strategy guide but it only indicated the piece should be collected. Tried restarting the game, but no help. Please update immediately!!

Christmas Time
I just wanted to Thank the Developers for putting out the Christmas game. This has been a hard year for everyone in the world, with that being said this game brought back memories of this time of year that is joyful.
As far as the first part of the game the graphics are always exceptional. The story line was good. The games were interesting.
I had to rate the game 4 stars because the Bonus chapter was not something I thought deserved a 5 star rating. Cats as the characters were a little disappointing because of the reality and relationship to Christmas should be humans.
