Fun game.
It is kind of slow and drags trying to move to the next level. It is challenging but not too hard and is fun. The graphics are good and decorating is fun. It's had ads but not an obscene amount. That's refreshing.
Why isn’t it being updated?
Great game. Christmas Sweeper 3 is being updated but not this one? Why not? It’s a fun game to play

Played the game until scene 18. There are no more scenes after this. The game is still playable but to no reward. Is this game going to be updated?
Really fun until the higher levels
I started playing the game at Christmas and absolutely loved it, my only complaint was that the ads were next level long with no way to skip, some of them I put my phone down, made a snack and a tea and they would still be running. UNTIL I got to the higher levels, basically half the levels past 229 are impossible to play without paying. I actually played that level over 20 times and never even got close to finishing half, to their credit, they skipped me past after I emailed now the same thing is happening three levels later. Sad but it’s time to delete as you can’t win and doing the same level 29 times with the same result stops being a fun game and becomes a frustrating pointless chore. Seeya!

Freezes on ads
Don’t bother clicking through the ads to gain coins. The ad will freeze and you have to close the game and restart to play - you won’t have been given the coins

Negative stars
I had this game last Christmas and played it done now I just download it again to start playing for this new holiday season, but for some reason I’m negative like 60 stars how is that possible?
Love this game
I love this game I can not stop playing. The levels, gifts, awards and challenges is awesome. Christmas Sweeper 4, customer service staff/team is awesome, they do their best to help fix problems when you have them.
Super fun game…until????
This is a fun game that is prefect for mindless playtime. However, the game slowly lures you by its fun until the fun completely stops. The levels get progressively hard….impossible to beat without putting money into the game. I don’t mind supporting a game financially but it gets ridiculous. I’m so disappointed that they manipulate their game settings to force you to spend money. That is too bad because most people just play casually and can not afford to dump money into every level just to beat it. I will have to look for another game that will keep the challenges at least manageable. I heard Candy Crush is a good game that you do not have to pour money into to beat levels.

I was enjoying this game but I finished renovating room six and then no more rooms just says coming soon. So now I get to play but there’s no getting anywhere not sure if it’s worth continuing. The read up says explore new areas but there aren’t any

Annoying….
It is so annoying that it takes forever for a new area to be unlocked. What's the point of playing and collecting stars if I can't redeem them? When a new area is finally unlocked, you have collected so many stars that the whole area is completed at once and again you have to wait forever for the next new area.

Continually crashes
Since the last update, this game has become unplayable. It continually crashes. I have been stuck on the same level for hours; twice I completed it, but the game crashed before it registered as completed and I’ve had to start again. Crashing once in a while is annoying, crashing on at least half of the games played is unacceptable.
Update: so now the most recent update seems to have sorted out the crashing issue. Instead I keep getting messages about ‘check my internet connection’ (it works for every other application) and won’t open. This has gone beyond a joke.
