Purchased it twice I think and it won’t connect. I need to be refund at least once and if you can’t fix it refund me twice.

Wonderland post office level towards the end will throw you out. Even after this latest update 12-9-17. You cannot finish the game because it won’t let you go on. Please fix because I love your games and want to give them all a huge FIVE!

Won't let you start the game
Can't enter name. Keyboard doesn't pop up when enter name screen comes on. Tapping name box does nothing. Using ios 10.
Would like to rate higher
I would like to rate this higher but I can't because it won't allow me to purchase the full game. I get an unknown error each time I try to purchase and uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't work.
With that being said, for the few scenes it allows you to play it is a fun game and I would purchase entire game if possible.
